raise Great Hawaiian Specialty Coffee!
Scores of 80 and above are considered Specialty Coffees by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).
Ha'lehua Coffee is in
the Creative Division.
Its flavors
include a soft, delicate, well- rounded, medium-bodied cup- with notes of white
peppers, raisins, sugar cane and dry fig and smooth, lingering tones of almond,
brown sugar, marshmallow chocolate and cocoa powder.
